- Delivery Beyond the Ground Floor: For homes requiring access to upper floors or deliveries via stairs, a nominal £20 fee applies to ensure efficient and safe service.
Delivery Methods
- Smaller Items: Delivered by our dedicated 1-man van service across mainland Britain.
- Large or Heavy Furniture: Delivered by our trusted courier partner, Proovia, for a professional and careful two-person delivery service.
- Accessories: Some smaller accessories will be delivered by Parcelforce free of charge.
Delivery Fees
- Mainland UK: Heavy or large items will incur a £20 delivery fee automatically applied at checkout.
- Northern Ireland: Deliveries to Northern Ireland incur a £100 shipment fee due to the size and weight of most of our products.
- Republic of Ireland: Please contact us for a quote.
Delivery Timeframes
