Refund Policy

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If more than 14 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few working days.


Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • The item is not in its original condition.

  • The item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • The item is returned more than 14 days after delivery.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company – it may take a few days before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank – there is often some processing time before a refund appears.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Please return your item to the address provided in your return confirmation email.


Non-Returnable Items

Clearance items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for refund or exchange. These include items reduced due to minor imperfections such as (but not limited to):

  • Surface marks or scuffs

  • Irregular wood grain or colouration

  • Natural splits or cracks in the wood

  • Manufacturing inconsistencies in mango wood

All such items will be clearly labelled on the product page, with photos provided and a warning that they are non-returnable.
