At Kirei Home, we offer pre-orders on select items that are already in transit from India. These pieces are on their journey, and pre-ordering secures your item before it arrives at our UK warehouse.
We value transparency and want to share what to expect when pre-ordering with us.
Pre-orders open once a shipment has left port in India and is en route to the UK. Each pre-order product page will include a predicted date of arrival to our warehouse.
Our pieces are handmade in limited batches by skilled artisans in India, using sustainable materials like reclaimed vintage wood and hand-carved mango wood. This means stock is limited — and high in demand.
Pre-ordering ensures you don’t miss out on an item that may not be restocked for months.
We provide the best estimated arrival window based on cargo schedules. However, delays can occasionally occur due to:
- Geopolitical disruptions
- Weather conditions
- Shipping or port congestion
If any delays arise, we will proactively communicate with you and provide updates as soon as we receive them.
Once your item arrives at our UK warehouse, it goes through a manual quality check to ensure it meets our high standards.
We then give the green light for dispatch, and one of our trusted courier partners will contact you directly to arrange delivery.
Payment is taken at checkout. This secures your item and allows us to continue supporting our artisan partners with fair, consistent work
Yes, you can cancel your order at any time up until 14 days after receiving your item. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.
Yes, you can order both together. However, the entire order will be delivered together once the pre-order item arrives, unless otherwise requested or agreed upon.
