Offers & Promotions Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to promotional offers, discount codes and special promotions offered by Kirei Home Ltd through our website, email marketing or other official Kirei Home channels.

Individual promotions may have additional terms, such as qualifying spend, promotional dates or specific product exclusions. Where additional terms are stated as part of an offer, they apply alongside these general terms.

1. One Offer Per Order

Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one promotional offer or discount may be used per order.

Discount codes and promotional offers cannot be combined, accumulated or stacked with another Kirei Home promotion.

For example, our 10% newsletter sign-up discount cannot be used alongside our Spend More, Save More promotion. Where a customer qualifies for both offers, they may choose whichever eligible offer they wish to use.

2. Full-Price Products Only

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Kirei Home promotional discounts and offers apply to full-price products only.

Products that are already reduced, marked as on sale, or listed within the Outlet section of our website are excluded from additional promotional discounts.

A promotional code or offer cannot be used to obtain a further reduction from an already discounted or Outlet price.

3. Newsletter Sign-Up Discount

Customers who subscribe to the Kirei Home newsletter may be eligible to receive 10% off their first qualifying order.

The discount:

• applies to full-price products only;
• excludes sale and Outlet products;
• cannot be combined with Spend More, Save More or another promotional offer;
• cannot be exchanged for cash; and
• cannot normally be applied retrospectively to an order that has already been placed.

The discount code must be entered at checkout where required.

4. Spend More, Save More

From time to time, Kirei Home may operate a Spend More, Save More promotion, providing a discount based upon the value of qualifying products within an order.

The applicable qualifying spend levels and corresponding discounts will be displayed as part of the promotion.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• only full-price products count towards the qualifying spend;
• sale and Outlet products are excluded;
• delivery charges and additional services do not count towards the qualifying spend; and
• Spend More, Save More cannot be combined with the 10% newsletter discount or another promotional offer.

The qualifying spend is calculated after excluded products and services have been removed from the order value.

5. Other Promotional Codes and Offers

Kirei Home may occasionally provide promotional codes or special offers through our website, email, social media, advertising or other authorised channels.

Individual promotions may specify their own:

• start and end dates;
• qualifying spend;
• discount amount or percentage;
• eligible products or collections;
• maximum discount;
• geographical availability; or
• other specific conditions.

Any additional conditions displayed with a particular promotion form part of that offer.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the general terms on this page continue to apply.

6. Delivery Charges

Unless expressly included within a particular promotion, discounts apply to qualifying product values only.

Delivery charges, assembly services, room-of-choice delivery and other additional services are not discounted and do not contribute towards minimum promotional spend thresholds.

Free-delivery promotions may have their own eligibility requirements and exclusions.

7. Applying a Discount

Where a promotional code is required, it must be entered correctly at checkout before the order is completed.

Customers are responsible for checking that the expected discount has been applied before completing their purchase.

Promotional discounts cannot normally be added retrospectively after an order has been placed.

If a promotional code is not working as expected, please contact us before completing your order.

8. Returns and Refunds

If an item purchased using a promotional discount is returned, any refund due will be based on the amount actually paid for that item, subject to our Return and Refund Policy and your statutory rights.

Where a promotion depends upon reaching a minimum qualifying spend, returning part of an order may mean that the remaining order no longer qualifies for the original promotional discount.

Where permitted by law, we may recalculate the promotional entitlement when processing the return.

This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.

9. Cancellations and Changes to Orders

Promotional discounts cannot normally be transferred between orders or retrospectively applied following cancellation.

Where an order is amended at a customer's request, eligibility for a promotion may be recalculated based on the revised qualifying order value.

10. Availability

All promotional offers are subject to product availability.

Placing an item in your basket does not reserve stock or guarantee eligibility for a promotion until the order has been successfully completed and accepted.

11. Pricing and Technical Errors

We take reasonable care to ensure that our promotions and discounts are displayed and calculated correctly.

If an obvious pricing, discount or technical error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the error.

Where an error affects an order that has already been placed, we will contact the customer and explain the available options before proceeding where appropriate.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights.

12. Misuse of Promotions

Promotional offers are intended for genuine customer purchases.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel the use of a promotional offer where we reasonably believe that a discount code or promotion has been obtained, distributed or used fraudulently, improperly or contrary to these terms.

We may also restrict the repeated use of promotions intended for new customers or first orders.

13. Changes or Withdrawal of Promotions

We may amend, extend, suspend or withdraw a promotional offer where reasonably necessary.

Where a promotion has a stated closing date, qualifying orders placed before that date will remain subject to the terms applicable when the order was placed.

Any changes will not affect customers' statutory rights.

14. Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Offers & Promotions Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms should be read alongside our Terms of Service, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and any specific terms displayed with an individual promotion.
