Delivery Classes & Costs

1. Heavy Furniture Items

  • Cost: £25.00 (Mainland UK – Doorstep Delivery)

  • Room of Choice Upgrade: +£20.00

  • Timing: Within 10 working days (Monday to Friday)

  • Delivery Partners: Our in-house team or trusted courier partners

Delivered to your doorstep as standard. If you would like your item placed in a room of choice, this can be arranged for an additional £20.

2. Standard Furniture (Lighter Items)

  • Cost: £15.00 flat fee (Mainland UK)

  • Timing: Within 10 working days (Monday to Friday)

  • Delivery Partners: Our in-house team or courier network

3. Accessories & Small Items

  • Cost: Free delivery (Mainland UK)

  • Timing: Within 10 working days (Monday to Friday)

  • Delivery Partners: Parcelforce or Royal Mail

Free Delivery Threshold

We offer free mainland UK delivery on all orders over £1,000.

Please note: Additional services such as room of choice delivery remain chargeable.

Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland

  • Northern Ireland: Delivery from £100 (depending on item size)

  • Republic of Ireland: Custom quotes available

Please contact us prior to ordering so we can provide an accurate delivery cost.

Scottish Highlands & Islands

Delivery is available but requires a custom quote.

We can arrange delivery via specialist partners such as Hebrides Haulage.
All additional costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Channel Islands & Isle of Wight

Delivery is available via specialist courier partners such as Ferry Speed.

Pre-Orders

Some items are offered on a pre-order basis.

Combined Orders:
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will be delivered together once all items are available.
