3. PRODUCTS
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions, photographs and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
Many Kirei Home products are handmade using natural materials, including solid wood. Natural variations in grain, colour, texture, knots, markings and finish are inherent characteristics of these materials and are not necessarily defects.
Handmade and hand-finished products may also have minor variations between individual pieces.
We make every reasonable effort to display colours accurately. However, colours may appear differently depending on your screen, device, lighting and display settings.
Where dimensions are provided, minor variations may occur, particularly with handmade products.
Product availability is subject to stock and we reserve the right to discontinue products.
4. PRICES
All prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website and include applicable taxes where stated.
Delivery charges and any optional services are shown separately where applicable.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already accepted by us, except where there has been an obvious pricing or technical error.
5. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.
Receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we have accepted your order. A contract is formed when we accept your order and begin processing it for fulfilment.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- a product is unavailable;
- incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed;
- we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment;
- we cannot deliver to the address provided;
- we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorised resale; or
- an order breaches the terms of a promotion.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order.
6. PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS AND SPECIAL OFFERS
From time to time, Kirei Home may offer discount codes, introductory discounts, promotional pricing, spend-based discounts or other special offers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one promotional offer or discount may be used per order.
Promotional offers and discount codes cannot be combined, accumulated or stacked.
This includes our 10% newsletter sign-up discount and our Spend More, Save More promotion. Where a customer qualifies for both, they may use either offer, but not both on the same order.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional discounts and offers are available on full-price products only.
Products that are already reduced, on sale or listed within the Outlet section of our website are excluded from promotional discounts and offers.
Discounts apply to qualifying product values only. Delivery charges and additional services are excluded unless the particular promotion expressly states otherwise.
Some promotions may have additional conditions, including:
- minimum qualifying spend;
- maximum discount;
- selected products or collections;
- geographical restrictions;
- promotional start and end dates; or
- specific discount codes.
Where an individual promotion has specific terms, those terms apply in addition to these Terms of Service.
Where a discount code is required, it must be entered correctly during checkout. Discount codes cannot normally be applied retrospectively after an order has been placed.
Promotional discounts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

For larger furniture items, customers should ensure that there is suitable access to the property and sufficient space for the item to be delivered.

9. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Your rights to cancel an order, return products and receive refunds are explained in our Return and Refund Policy.
Where an item was purchased using a discount or promotion, any refund will be based on the amount actually paid for that item, subject to your statutory rights.
Where a promotion depends upon a minimum order value or the purchase of multiple products, returning part of an order may affect the promotional entitlement where permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.
10. MADE-TO-ORDER AND PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
Certain products may be made to order, customised or produced specifically for a customer.
Where this applies, it will be stated on the relevant product page, quotation or order documentation.
Different cancellation and return rights may apply to genuinely bespoke or personalised products, as explained in our Return and Refund Policy and subject to applicable consumer law.
